Of course, it's essential to let your team members express their unique personalities, but we can't let everyone's personal vision run wild in our business. We need to guide them and ensure that their behaviors align with our goals and visions. By doing so, we create a cohesive and thriving work culture that everyone loves being a part of.
Now, here's the deal: communication is key! As the visionary, you must clearly communicate your vision, how you want things to be done, and the daily activities that need to be carried out.
